These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and czs777 (hereinafter referred to as "czs777", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the online gambling platform available at czs777.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments made from time to time in accordance with Section 14 below.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

You must be at least 18 years of age — or such higher minimum age as required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction — to register an Account or participate in any gambling activity on the Platform. Where local law in your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age for gambling, that higher age requirement applies. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you. czs777 does not accept liability for any use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such use is restricted or prohibited.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances, as set out in Section 12.
Accounts must be used by the registered Account holder only. Access to an Account by third parties — including family members, agents or representatives — is not permitted except where expressly authorised by the Operator in writing.
When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify the Operator's support team if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. czs777 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
The Operator operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address and, in certain circumstances, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, czs777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any Platform content.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
czs777 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, technical incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. czs777 accepts no liability for any losses arising from Platform downtime or unavailability.
The Platform references locally familiar payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual examples. czs777 does not represent that any of these payment providers endorse gambling services, partner with the Operator, or that these methods are currently available for deposits or withdrawals on the Platform. Actual available payment methods are determined solely by the Operator's current configuration and may change without prior notice.
The Platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are set by the Operator and vary by payment method. Where applicable, currency conversion rates and associated fees are determined by the Operator and/or the relevant payment provider.

czs777 and the Operator reserve the right to void Bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools, or engaging in coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering conditions.
The Platform may describe a tiered loyalty programme (for example, Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers) with illustrative benefits. Exact tier thresholds, point accrual rates and redeemable rewards are determined by the Operator's published loyalty programme terms. czs777 does not guarantee that any specific tier benefit will be available at any given time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the czs777 brand name, logo, design, layout, text content, graphics, software, databases and functionality — are owned by or licensed to czs777. Nothing in these Terms transfers any Intellectual Property rights to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from czs777. Unauthorised use of Platform Intellectual Property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. czs777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, czs777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
czs777 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Users through use of the Platform. All wagering decisions are made solely by the User, who assumes full responsibility for the financial risk associated with gambling activity.
czs777 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, data providers or any other third party whose services may be integrated with or referenced on the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Operator's support team via Live Chat or the Help Center. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is eligible for withdrawal (i.e., not subject to unfulfilled Wagering Requirements) will be processed in accordance with the Operator's withdrawal procedures and subject to KYC verification.
czs777 and the Operator reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for a breach of these Terms, czs777 and the Operator reserve the right to void all pending bets, forfeit Bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Any funds confirmed as legitimately won and not subject to Wagering Requirements or ongoing investigations will be returned to the User through available payment channels.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gambling licence. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process prescribed by the Operator's licensing authority. Prior to commencing any formal dispute, Users are encouraged to contact the Operator's support team to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure.
For the avoidance of doubt, czs777 does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor does it imply that its operations are sanctioned by any Pakistani governmental, regulatory or judicial body.
czs777 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users through the Platform (for example, via in-platform notification or email to the address registered with your Account) and/or by updating the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
